The Licensor grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Website code, assets, and related materials only as expressly permitted in this Agreement. Covered materials include:

• Client-provided images and media — supplied by Nexabong or its clients.
• Template / source code & markup — developed by Nexabong Overseas Ventures Private Limited.
• Third-party libraries and icons — Font Awesome, Owl Carousel, Bootstrap, etc.

All images and media are property of the client or third parties. Do not copy, reuse, or redistribute them without written permission. These assets are exclusively licensed for the client's website use.

Developers may reuse this website template only if they modify at least 40–50% of the original codebase or design elements. Minor changes such as file renaming or trivial CSS edits do not qualify. All derivative projects must credit Nexabong Overseas Ventures Private Limited.

• Do not duplicate, resell, or republish this website or its source code without written permission.
• Do not reuse any client-provided images or content in other projects.
• No plagiarism — all reuse must include substantial, qualifying changes.

Icons and UI assets from Font Awesome, Bootstrap, and Owl Carousel are used under their respective licenses. You must comply with each library's individual license terms independently of this agreement.
